1. An approved import and export licence should be obtained from the Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs before any item falling under the Miscellaneous Controls Act Cap. 329 is imported or exported.

2. The items under import licence from extra-regional sources are covered under S.I. 2014 No. 8, First Schedule and S.I 2004 No. 158

3. The items under import licence from CARICOM are covered under S.I. 2014 No. 8, Third Schedule and S.I 2004 No. 158

4. The items under export licence are covered under S.I. 2004 No. 2 and S.I 2004 No. 158 

5. The import and export licence application forms are available at the Printing Department, Bay Street, St. Michael as well as copies of S.I. 2004 No. 2, S.I. 2004 No. 158 and S.I. 2014 No. 8.
